Desert Sheoak

Desert Sheoak

A spray of native clematis climbs through the branches of a healthy young Desert Sheoak. On first glance you can think these are dead: not so! Brown is its normal colour and, like all Casurinas and Allocasurinas, it has long, fine branchlets ("cladodes") in place of leaves.
