Gravity

Gravity

Pademelons have an extraordinary ability to reach a long way forward. This one isn’t captured in motion, he is balanced like that. He is using his sensitive nose to search for duck pellets in case our domestic ducks have missed one or two. The pademelons have aquired a taste for duck tucker and can be relied on to turn up around feeding time just in case.

The missing fur on his back is from fights with other wallabies. Most of the time they seem to get along together, and are generally fairly solitary, but they can go a bit gonzo during the breeding season.
